This is an engineering drop of the Kea project constructed prior to the Kea 0.9
release. It introduces a new feature in Kea, DHCP-driven DDNS events. Kea's DHCP
servers can now be configured to cooperate with a new server, DHCP-DDNS, to 
publish updates to DNS data based on changes in DHCP leases.

DHCP-DDNS's operation and configuration is discussed in Chapter 19 of the 
Bind10 Guide.  Additions to Chapters 17 and 18 describe configuring the DHCP 
servers to work with the DHCP-DDNS.
