Linux 에서의 dmesg 출력이 다음과 같습니다. 단 커널에 BSD disklabel
support가 들어가 있어야 하며, 쓰기를 하려면 Experimental UFS writing
support가 들어가 있어야 합니다.

Partition check:
hda: hda1 hda2 hda3 < hda5 hda6 > hda4! < hda7 hda8 hda9 hda10 >
            .......

여기서 hda4! 와 그 이후의 hda7-hda10이 FreeBSD 파티션입니다.
FreeBSD의 슬라이스는 Linux에서 볼때 확장 파티션 형태로 다음과
같이 보이게 됩니다.

             리눅스      FreeBSD
            hda7 ===> /
            hda8 ===> swap
            hda9 ===> /var
           hda10 ===> /usr

  # mount -t ufs -o ufstype=44bsd /dev/hda4 /mnt/bsd/

하면 가장 처음의 슬라이스인 /(hda7)만 마운트되고, 나머지 슬라이스를
마운트하려면 다음과 같이 합니다.

  # mount -t ufs -o ufstype=44bsd /dev/hda7 /mnt/bsd/
  # mount -t ufs -o ufstype=44bsd /dev/hda9 /mnt/bsd/var/
  # mount -t ufs -o ufstype=44bsd /dev/hda10 /mnt/bsd/usr/

스왑 파티션도 마찬가지 방법으로 공존하도록 할 수 있습니다.
